Mary Ann Knoche
Mary Ann Knoche is the founder and a Co-Owner of Operations Plus. She started this company in 2001 after having spent 25 years working her way up to a Territory Sales Representative with Goodyear Tire. Mary Ann jumped at an opportunity to do some bookkeeping for a client of her sister, who was a CPA at the time, and this blossomed into a small home business! After helping multiple entrepreneurs better understand the financial aspect of their business as well as state and federal business taxes and licensing, Mary Ann started learning medical billing at the request of one of her clients. This grew into a niche for Mary Ann and Operations Plus. With 17 years of experience and having worked with businesses from a variety of markets, Mary Ann is a truly remarkable asset to her clients.
Amber Landry-Miller
Amber Landry-Miller is a former Events and Disaster Customer Service Staffing Specialist. She spent 3 years at a national staffing company where she was promoted 4 times. Building her skills in operational management, account management, sales, and invoicing dispute resolution she was on track for another promotion when Marlo and Mary Ann encouraged her in leaving the cubicle life to run a home-based business with the two of them. Amber left the staffing world in 2017 to become co-owner in the newly formed partnership, Operations Plus.
Marlo Landry-Miller
Marlo Landry-Miller is a former Special Education Teacher and Veteran of the US Army. She joined Operations Plus in 2016 transitioning to a new career after having been a teacher for 14 years. She was hooked on bookkeeping when she realized it was like one big puzzle! Utilizing skills learned from working in HR with the Army and applying her education background, Marlo is a dedicated bookkeeper who loves teaching her clients what they need to know to be successful. She became a Co-Owner of Operations Plus when the company became a partnership in 2017.
Gizmo
Gizmo is our Chief Morale Officer! He is a rescue dog from TX and spends his day chewing, napping, and putting smiles on all of our faces.
